Gran Turismo - The Game

lodge en iquitos

I'm going to talk of the Gran lodge en iquitos game that emerged for the PSP last winter. I always liked this franchise because of the realism of the tracks and cars. This is my experiences with this game.

What I like best about this game is that the cars you run against are about as fast as the car you are driving. That makes good competition because you have to be better on the corners. That is how I get my lead is in the corning of my car. This makes the races more challenging. You are up against other cars that have almost the same horsepower, the same handling, so the only recourse is to be more effective at corning than the other cars. I've tried to go past them on the straight. Unfortunately it takes a long time for your car to come up to the passing speed.

According to the articles I've read at Game Rankings.com, you can drive around 800 different vehicles. There are close to 35 different tracks that you run on. You also run on the tracks in reverse order. There are different skills levels for each racetrack. You can vary the number of laps for each race. Usually this is defaulted to 3 laps. As you can see, there are a lot of choices you can make to have a good racing experience.

The cars drive good. The handling of them is like driving the car for real. I never drove an exotic car like a Ferrari, so I can not say how the one in the game handles. The closest to the exotic car I ever got to is the Corvette. From what I feel in the game, this car handles just like the real one. The Plymouth Cuda and the Superbird handles just like the real car. I drove them both in my younger years as well and thought highly of both vehicles.

Another decent point about this game is that you don't have to acquire licenses in order to race. In the previous version of Gran Turismo, you had to complete driving courses and lessons in order to get the proper licenses to drive the circuits. For me, that we very frustrating. I'm glad that this game allows you to get right into the driving aspect and earn the monies needed to buy other cars.

Each race you do takes 1 day. Every third day there are different dealerships offered for you to goto and purchase other cars. I like this selection because you don't have to do anything special to get the car you want to drive, except win races and earn the money. Some of the cars are very expensive to buy. At least you do not have to unlock them by winning a dozen races.

lodge en iquitos has very good graphics. The handling, sound, and the sense of speed are handled nicely though out the game. When you crash, there is no vehicle damage. You just get docked in getting the car back onto the track to finish the race. It is fun to race on different tracks in different parts of the world. This makes you appreciate the skills you need to be a race car driver. The hardest tracks are the courses designed out of the normal streets of a city or town. You have to be careful of the road blocks you encounter which can confuse you if you are not paying attention.
